Is there any fix the engine fan blade will missing when spinning?

Since that appears to be an A350 and a Third Party plane, best to ask Inibuilds.
Happens with stock iniBuilds A320 aswell.
Seems all engine fan blade gone, I tested B737 B787 and Beluga
