Error 2053 Can't sync with cloud

Dear,
I have an issue with MS 2024 Deluxe edition. I bought the sim from the MS Store.
I installed it and when launching the sim, during loading and also whenever I do any change in the config, I get the error “2053”, “can’t sync with cloud”. It is a real plague.
I tried several fixes without success:

  • reinstalling
  • clearing cache
  • clear WGS folder
  • reset cloud saves
  • install using xbox app
  • logout and login into xbox app
  • validation of local files
  • check date and time and sync

I’m out of options. I still can’t use the sim I bought and this is highly frustrating.

May I kindly ask your support to solve this issue?

I’ve just had a quick search and found one user was able to rectify this by installing the latest NVIDIA Graphics Drivers. Would you mind giving that a go to see if that helps?
