Dear,
I have an issue with MS 2024 Deluxe edition. I bought the sim from the MS Store.
I installed it and when launching the sim, during loading and also whenever I do any change in the config, I get the error “2053”, “can’t sync with cloud”. It is a real plague.
I tried several fixes without success:
- reinstalling
- clearing cache
- clear WGS folder
- reset cloud saves
- install using xbox app
- logout and login into xbox app
- validation of local files
- check date and time and sync
I’m out of options. I still can’t use the sim I bought and this is highly frustrating.
May I kindly ask your support to solve this issue?
