Okay, so what I see here is a dialog that says your internet connection isn’t working. It seems to be stating the obvious?
If you’re 100% certain you are then my next guess would be the server isn’t available due to no fault of your own.
Give it some more time and try again.
Had same issue here… ended up having to reinstall windows… turns out the update did something to the update service. See if windows update is working… and other store purchases
