ISSUE DESCRIPTION
Description of the issue: The rotor brake handle is not animated when activated by the Toggle Rotor Brake keybind. The Toggle Rotor Brake keybind does trigger the audio for the rotor brake. Activating the rotor brake by clicking on it will activate the handle animation and audio. The rotor brake functions as expected to slow the rotor with the keybind and by clicking.

How often does this occur for you (Example: Just once, every time on sim load, intermittently)? Every time.
REPRODUCTION STEPS
Please list clear steps you took in order to help our test team reproduce the same issue:
- Select the EC135 for Free Flight.
- Activate the keybind for Toggle Rotor Brake
- Observe the rotor brake audio activates. Observe the handle remains static, does not move.
- Click on the rotor brake.
- Observe the audio activates and the handle is animated.
