I bought the Eurofighter Typhoon before it was available in the MSFS integrated store. Is there any chance how I can shift my purchase to the integrated one w/o paying it twice?

You would have to reach out to the vendor that sold you the add-on, ask for a refund and if they grant it, use that money to buy the add-on in game.
