Brief description of the issue:
While in cruise I disconnected my VR headset by ctrl+tab and then unlplugging from power as I normally do to reduce power usage. Upon returning, I reentered VR but the headset only displayed a blank grey screen. My monitor displayed the two eye views as normal, so it was in VR mode, but the headset showed nothing. I tried various combinations of exiting WMR, ctrl+tab toggling VR mode and powering on/off my headset to no avail.
I also noticed that the aircraft (Fenix A320) display rendering froze. The aircraft was still flying and I could turn the heading knobs, but all displays such as PFD, glareshield, etc. froze. Resetting in the Fenix app did restore the displays.
