Expectation for MSFS2020 on i5-12400

Hi, someone gave me a used 3090 (yoohoo!) and I am now building a PC to use this GPU for MSFS 2020. I have a 4K monitor (120 Hz) and a 1440p monitor (240 Hz). Due to budget constraints, if I go for a PC build like:

Intel i5-12400F (fix clock) on B660M board (basically budget setup)
2x 16GB matching DDR4-3600 memory
1TB generic Nvme SSD Gen4
850W power supply + plenty of big diameter fans + case due to 3090
WIndows 11 Home

What is my realistic expectation for MSFS average fps for 1440p and 4K, both at ultra settingss? I am happy as long as I can get >=30 fps as I read game play is still fine. I believe my system bottleneck could be the i5-12400F.

I am fine with reducing setting from ultra to high, or tweak other parameters to achieve close to 60 fps. Alternatively I could revert to DLSS 2.0 for improved fps but I try to avoid that as I have the 3090 after all.

There other CPU’s, such as: i5-13400F, or AMD 5800X3D, etc. but they all cost more. The i5-12400F is currently very good value, hence I got my head stuck into thinking if this could work.

Does anyone have an idea on my expectation on such a system? Or anyone has an experience with specification close to my intended system?

Thank you in advance for your input.

You can very descently play MSFS with this setup. On some very detailed airports (Inibuilds EGKK) the FPS might drop around 30 FPS with a complex airliner, but it should be fine for the rest.
