This is incorrect. Asobo is the primary developer of Microsoft Flight Simulator, and Microsoft is the publisher. When Asobo creates an addon aircraft, the Marketplace will list them as the developer in the product description. When an addon aircraft is created by another developer but published by Microsoft (such as the Local Legends, Famous Flyers, and now the Expert Series ATR), it will list the developer’s name and Microsoft. See examples below.
