Visiting the capital of Venezuela today before climbing the highest mountain. Terrain quality fluctuates a lot in Venezuela, some parts look great, some parts are a complete mess. It must be cloudy a lot (and plenty lightning during the flight) as cloud shaped patches are everywhere.

Simón Bolívar was initially laid to rest in the cathedral of Santa Marta then moved to Caracas in 1842. His wife and parents are buried in the Catedral de Caracas.
