An external ATC window (on a 2nd monitor) crashes the current SU10b when trying to resize the ATC window while a flight has started.

Detailed steps to reproduce the issue encountered:
open a flight. ATC window on a 2nd monitor. Resize it while ATC text is in use. CTD.
