Will the Logitech 3D Pro joystick ever come to Xbox..?
Isn’t that a 20-year-old hardware? I know I got one of them when I was in middle school. I’m not sure even Xbox would have a driver for it. I think there’s a better chance if you get an already Xbox certified joystick.
Probably not. Turtle Beach has a joystick and the TM T-Flight HOTAS will work on xbox
The Extreme 3D Pro is still in production. Windows 11 has drivers for it and MSFS controller settings provides a GUI for fine-tuning axis behavior. Unlike the fruit company, thank goodness manufacturers like Logitech do not discontinue good products just because they mistakenly believe that most people think newer is better.
I have the Xbox version of the TM sidestick but I’m using it for another SIM my gramps told me about. I don’t want to switch back and forth from PC to console everytime I want to use what ever SIM. I originally was using a sidestick and throttle quadrant, (sold that) and decided to use just a game controller when I inherited all this SIM stuff from my gramps. But I wanted a joystick again, so I went and rebought this Airbus stick X version only this time. The Logitech stick I got from a friend and found a video on YouTube about a 3D printed ball mod for using it for Helicopters. It makes the cyclic more realistic once installed. I guess I’ll have to shop around for a less stiff feeling stick to fly Heli’s in MSFS. The airbus stick is too stiff IMO for Heli’s. It’s personal preference I guess.
