So I thought the maximum speed of the f-18 is almost two times higher in the real world than in the simulator, is that a bug or is it for other reasons?
Yeah, disappointing to see it max out at 0.96 mach. Should easily go to mach 1.5 and beyond. Any suggestions?
I’ve had Mach 1.23 on max military power. You need afterburners to push through the sound barrier first and then back them off at about Mach 1.05 and it will continue to accelerate. With continuous afterburner it’ll reach about Mach 1.50. This is at around 35000ft.
