ISSUE DESCRIPTION

Description of the issue:
The F/A-18 launch bar toggle is backwards on the F/A-18 Super Hornet.

If applicable, which aircraft is experiencing this issue:
F/A-18 Super Hornet

FREQUENCY OF ISSUE

How often does this occur for you (Example: Just once, every time on sim load, intermittently)?
Every time

REPRODUCTION STEPS

Please list clear steps you took in order to help our test team reproduce the same issue:

  1. Start a flight as an F/A-18 on a runway.
  2. Observe the launch bar toggle is in the “EXTEND” (down) position.
  3. Observe the launch bar is visually up.
  4. Observe the aircraft can steer when NWS is engaged.
  5. Toggle launch bar to “RETRACT” (up) position.
  6. Observe the launch bar is visually down.
  7. Observe the aircraft is unable to steer while NWS is still engaged.
  8. Throw on full throttles and watch as the launch bar raises, the toggle goes back to EXTEND (down) position, and the aircraft can be steered with the NWS engaged.

ISSUE DESCRIPTION

Description of the issue:

The launch bar switch on the left hand side is inverted. Setting it to “RETRACT” extends the bar, setting it to “EXTEND” retracts the bar.

Always.

REPRODUCTION STEPS

Please list clear steps you took in order to help our test team reproduce the same issue:

  1. Load the aircraft on ground. Ensure power is available.
  2. Use launch bar switch and monitor the action it toggles.
  3. Default position is “EXTEND” while the bar is retracted, moving it to “RETRACT” will move the bar down.
