Brief description of the issue:
- Land the Asobo F/A-18 with FLAPS EXTENDED MANUALLY to stage 1 or stage 2
- Touch the runway
- Add power and take off again and RAISE the FLAPS MANUALLY,
- The sim crashes to desktop.

Repeated the process 3 times (using manual flaps).
I had flown the F/A-18 for dozens of hours with no issues until I started manually operating the flaps.
Because the F/A-18 (in the sim) normally operates all the control surfaces automatically I am guessing that operating the flaps manually causes a conflict.
I have over 3,000 hours in the sim and it has crashed maybe 4 times before. This crash surprised me and so I repeated the scenario twice more to validate it was something to do with the F/A-18 flaps being operated manually.
