Failed assisted landing system

Hello, good day to everyone. I want to ask if you have noticed that the assisted landing system is failing, have you noticed it? In my case when I am on the final approach, it aligns me incorrectly with the runway, always sending me to an erratic alignment off the runway, I attach an example photo. Greetings

Does anyone know if the Assisted Landing System actually directs you from the approach to the touchdown point? Or does it only reflect the approach path?

My first instinct looking at that picture is that the approach path shown is the actual approach path (i.e., the approach is slightly offset from the runway so the pilot has to break off at some point)

Oh I see what’s happening now!

You’re following a GPS approach, rather than the path to the runway (the blue boxes to your right). These GPS approaches can sometimes be aligned with the runway, but aren’t necessarily (it depends on the approach, sometimes terrain or other factors prevent the final approach course from being aligned with the runway for the official approach).

What airport is this, and what runway and approach? I might be able to look into it some more.

Hi. But what happens is that before I did that kind of final approach with the fully assisted landing and it was effective, it only started to happen after the new 1.9.3.0 update. Greetings

Hi. But what happens is that before I did that kind of final approach with the fully assisted landing and it was effective, it only started to happen after the new 1.9.3.0 update. The airport is MMUN, it was a totally instrument flight with assisted landing, in version 1.8.3.0 It never happened, everything was always fine, it only happens with this new update, in all airports in several countries that and tried always the same thing happens , as I mentioned before, it only happens in this new version where the assisted landing fails completely. I leave the flight path, in case you want to try, it is a really short flight, follow the instructions in the image. Greetings!

Is this more if an issue with the games landing assistance or the approach itself?

Try an ILS approach and see if it’s any different. By convention, a VOR approach is a non-precision approach, meaning it does not necessarily guide you right to the numbers like an ILS would. The approach pate doesn’t reference a side-step, but even in poor weather, you’d be able to see the runway lighting in advance and be able to make that lateral adjustment pretty easily. Perhaps the landing assistance setting is pulling you off the centilitre as well, or the landing assistance may be unable to perform the side-step properly.

Hi. It is already verified that it is a bug of the 1.9.3.0 update, and I have seen the same report in other forums. Greetings
