This has happened for second time now - I add funds to my steam account, authorise the purchase in Market Place and get a Purchase Failed message. Purchase might have failed but them taking my money certainly didn’t. I read here in and other places about others with the same problem but I’m yet to find a solution. When requesting a refund from steam, I get:
“We cannot grant a refund at this time. In-game item purchases are not refundable if any items in the purchase have been consumed, modified, or transferred.”
In which world have I consumed this item? Taking my money, giving me nothing for it and refusing to give it back is a definition of theft. Anyone knows what causes it and what actions I can take to get my money back?
