If I am forced to do a walk around I sure would appreciate it if you could speed up the walking or better yet give a run option.

You may wish to ask this question in Miscellaneous as the Toggle Pins are clickable, providing your controls are set up correctly ]
Hmm I tried that with my controller & keyboard & it did not work. Perhaps it did not work because of the other bindings (see screenshot above) - I’ll check this tomorrow.
I’m on a PC and have been using the keyboard for the walk arounds - and finding it somewhat awkward/annoying. However, the tip posted above about the run feature prompted me to try an Xbox controller and I must say it makes the walk around a lot easier.
Still would like to see the check list steps completely optional, or at the very least tied to the check list for completion, but for now using the game controller is a big improvement to the experience.
I’ve tried every combination of run with a keyboard and non of the functions work.
Why so many confusing options like sprint toggle set run on set run off etc. STUPID.
All we need is toggle run to work everything else is irrelevant.
The different options are there to allow complete customizability with all sorts of input devices.
For example:
Set run on - configured to trigger on button press
Set run off - configured to trigger on button release
That allows it to function like most games where you hold the shift button down to sprint.
With toggle run you can simply toggle it and don’t have to hold down any buttons.
That are just two common options of how to set it up but there are endless possibilities. I think it’s a good thing we these options
I suppose it’s good to have those variables for different control peripherals, so they should have their own menu and shouldn’t cross over really to be less confusing in my opinion.
Either way the wording is about as abstract as it gets, this is more where my frustration lays.
The descriptions for the functions are mostly indecipherable lol
Well exactly what should be written in the description of the binding right?
This confuses me more though, why do you need an off key for that? Surely just releasing the key is automatically controlling the off binding.
Thank you brother I’ll check it out now if I can ever get into the game.
*Edit - Unfortunately it didn’t do anything still no sprint. Set ON is definitely held though as I put crouch from toggle to set and it functions as intended. Still don’t get why Set OFF is a thing though
