FBW A320 and Thrustmaster TCA Quadrant Engine 1 not working

Hi all.
I am a new FBW stabel version user; I have a Thrustmaster TCA Quadrant with updated firmware.
I read a lot of forum entries having problems with starting the engine 1.

My settings:
Instruments & Systems → Fuel->
set eng1 fuel valve (Button 3)
set eng2 fuel valve (Button 4)
Engine Instruments->
Set starter 1 (Button 3)
Set starter 2 (Button 4)

Engine 2 starts up normaly; engine 1 begin to spool up but does not work.

What can I do?

Thanks
Peter

Does the engine 1 switch move correctly inside the cockpit?

Yes engine 1 does move correctly.

Hmm… I see… then it doesn’t seem to be thrustmaster hardware related.

You don’t happen to have a video recording of the issue, do you?

I have the same issue, but the fuel switch for engine is not working correctly. Sometime it looks like its stuttering or won’t track the physical switch on the quadrany.

Have you checked out this?

had the same problem, go to Flybywire website and look for support, there you find exct information how it will work. For me was a perfect soloution

Same problem….what is the solution (plz tell us to save time)….

This binding issue would result in the engine 1 switch to not move at all. Which is why I asked in my first post to determine this was the issue, and OP already mentioned the bindings to the engine switches and it doesn’t seem to be coming from the toggle fuel valve problem.

Even if it is, it’s best to reset the profile you previously have with the current default profile (which already have them removed).

I’m doing a flight with the latest FBW A32NX development version, and there doesn’t seem to be any engine startup issue.
