Go to the settings and turn on ‘Developer mode’ on and look for ‘Resume simulation’

Hello, I have the exact same problem as you, FBW320 is stuck at the descent point, I have successfully solved the problem: press ESC to open the settings of Microsoft flight simulator, find “Developer”, open the developer tools. At this point, return to the flight interface, and there will be an additional row of operable toolbars in the upper left corner, find the “Options” bar. Then click “Resume simulation” and the plane comes to life!!
