For some reason, the entire Soundscape is missing. No Annoucements, Boarding music etc.
How do I fix that?

You may have to enable it in the EFB > Settings > Audio. If it is on in that menu, try reinstalling the plane.

Second problem. I am unable to enter the take off speeds in the MDCU by pressing LSK 1, 2 or 3.
I get an error message saying Format error or not allowed.
How do I fix that?
You just have to press the 3 buttons twice and the computed values will show.

insert your flaps setting first and it should work after
Not sure what you mean about inserting Flap setting?
look across the fms from v2. it says ‘flaps/ths’. insert the flap setting you are going to use in there (1, 2, etc). once you’ve done that, follow the instructions the others have given you to get the v-speeds to populate

Thank you…that did it.
I wonder why there is no mention of this in the user guide?
There are still a few bugs… the MDCU says the take-off speed (121mph) is too slow. Also in the below video the aircraft does not decend fast enough to capture the glide slope.
Please advance the video to minute 17.
are you making sure your weights are calculated before you initialize the v-speeds?
I found the solution. I need to press the LSK keys 3 times - not 2 times.
