The short answer is that you shouldn’t be using any mods with the new update until they’ve been updated / cleared to work on this version of the Sim. You could try the development version, but I’m not sure they’ve updated that either.
This update modified some of the FMC/autopilot features so I highly doubt the last release 5.3 from 18 days ago will work correctly, nor should it be expected to.
