FCR fails to record & set Instruments and Values when resuming a flight

I am using FS2024 1.5.27.0 or better.

When I record a flight ( an approach flying A330 ) and then resume it to practice landings, then ALL of the Instruments and Gauges are completely wrong; and usually impossible to reset.
What am I missing here or is this a huge bug in FS2024.
