FENIX a320: can't get the rudder to work (with XBox controller)

Hello everyone

I fly with an XBox controller. And yeah, I know that’s not ideal, but it works much better than I would have ever expected and I just don’t have room for other controls at the moment.
Anyway, with any or plane (also thrid-party ones) it works just fine.
With the Fenix A320 however, I just can’t get the rudder to work. The LT and RT buttons do that on my controller and work fine in any plane, just not the Fenix. The just don’t move.
Everthing else seems to work fine. I’m confused.
The rudder does not work. It simply does not move at all. Therefore moving on the ground and flying is obviously impossible. Furthermore, when I use the A and B keys to add or remove thrust, the thrust leaver on the plane directly jumps between CLB and 0. I can’t “move” the leaver in that sense like in any other plane with the A and B buttons on the controller… in your plane, it just jumps from 0 to CLB or vise versa.

A video about it:

Any ideas? Especially on the rudder?
Maybe somebody here knows a solution.

Kind regards, Oliver
