Fenix a320 fuel auto Feed fault

So I was recently flying the fenix a320 and I came across a message on one of the displays that said , fuel auto feed fault’’

Do you have any idea what that means and how I can fix it?

This fault will come in if either wing tank quantity becomes less than 11,023 lbs when center tank is above 550 lbs
When the fuel is correctly distributed, the alarm will clear.

Hey sorry to resurrect this old thread, but i’m having this same issue except it wont go away and I can’t seem to level the fuel. This is what i’m seeing.

Absolutely nowhere tells me what to press or do. This is on 2024. Wondered if you can help me haha! It isnt on any failures in the MCDU and I can’t shift it. I can’t get the center tanks to feed into the wings.

** FIXED THE ISSUE!! **

This is an issue with GSX. If you just use GSX’s menus to refuel, it will dump all of the fuel in the center tanks, then glitch it out so you can only use wing tanks at a much lower level. No crossfeed or pump cutoff will work and its a royal pain in the APU exhaust :rofl:

The fix… Its simple… ONLY USE FENIX EFB.

  1. Go to Mass and Balance
  2. Reset All (if not done already
  3. Go to My Flights
  4. Click “Reimport from Simbrief”
  5. Go back to Mass and Balance
  6. Select “Load Aircraft” and DO NOT TOUCH IT as this will automatically load GSX for you. Let it refuel itself, even if GSX says “use your aircraft fuel system… etc”.
  7. Voila! All done. No issue at all. Simple. Sorted. Took me 4 hours to figure this out.

this is not working for me, i use GSX load aircraft, fuel truck comes and leaves, no fuel loaded eve nthough i have sim brief imported, then i call fuel truck from GSX menu and wait wait, says fuel completed but fuel still not loaded in aircraft, i reset and then instant load always running out o fuel mid air,
