Fenix A320 Input Delay

This is an issue that I’ve realized I’ve learned to live with but now I want to fix it. There’s always an input delay from my side-stick and rudders. I verified it by checking the flight control page in cockpit and looking at the aileron and elevator movements outside the plane. This makes landing really tricky compared to say the PMDG or any other airplane. I even tried switching to the Alpha yoke and I get the same results so I know it’s not a hardware problem. Again this only happens in the Fenix and not any other plane default or 3rd party. I have the null zones set as low as they can go in the control config via the mcdu.

Just a hunch, but that sounds like it might be a USB issue to me. Are you using hubs by any chance?

I thought so too but like I said I switched over to my honeycomb yoke which is directly connected to the motherboard and it does the same thing.

On the MCDU select the following;

MCDU MENU → CONFIG → CONTROLS CONFIG → Press Left Arrow Twice Until You See “SIDESTICK OPTION”

In there, you can select “On” to make it more sensitive.

What about for the rudders? It’s the same delay.

Not sure, give it a try and see what happens…

I’ll give it a shot. Thanks!

pushback mod installed ? if so, get rid of it.
prob fixed!

I do have it installed it’s quite useful and I quite like it. I would hate to get rid of it :(.

It’s such a known issue, Fenix implemented a detection module and warning system about it. You’d be better served removing it.

GSX Pro is so much better for Airliners. I get it’s free verse paying, but GSX is amazing (if you value ground experience).

That said, if you just want pushback features, use the built in ones from the EFB.

I just can’t justify the price for GSX for what it does and by reading through the forums about how buggy it still is. But anyway I removed it and the response has certainly improved.

the main culprit of your delay issue is " toolbar pushback " mod, if you don’t remove it from your coomunity folder, the issue will persist …
it’s up to you .

I still have this issue with the tiller not working and then suddenly working again. Have replaced my sensors on my crosswind pedals and have removed any pushbaxk software. Only have GSX installed. Was or is there an issue with Fenix A320?
