Fenix A320 NAV Alt1 Discrepancy

I am presuming that this means the PFD and backup altimeter have different pressures set.

But in the below picture, both pressures are identical (despite the Hg and hPa difference). I was able to cancel the caution, but the alert would re-beep and re-appear in the ECAM. This kept happening even when I set both altimeters to Hg 30.33.

Did you check the right side PFD altimeter?

Also in the EFB under sim settings,customise aircraft, and controls. make sure that the “EFIS BARO CTL” shows Linked then save default this will automatically ensure that when you alter the capt side, the FO side will change at the same time
