Fenix A320 “No ATIS available”

For some reason, I can’t get ATIS to work on Fenix 320. Therefore can’t do my departure calculations.

I have live weather enabled.

AOC > ATIS > departure EICK.

99% sure I’m doing something wrong so I would appreciate and advise or help

I noted today same issue, no ATIS and no WX form AOC … It’s better to ask on Fenix discord

Thank you. Not sure when this started as I haven’t been on for awhile.

ATIS and WX were mentioned in the latest update a few days ago. Right now I am on a flight to Johannesburg in the A320 (MSFS24) and had no trouble receiving an ATIS for FAOR.

Very strange how it’s working for some and not for others, no doubt it’s a config issue on my end.

could you share your ATIS request procedure?

Same problem, ATIS is not working also for me from a few days ago on ESD. (FENIX 2.3.0.524) waiting to someone to help me.

There was an update 4 days ago (V2.4.0.2357) that fixed this for me.

Apparently, some government agency stopped reporting ATIS’s or something on the API Fenix was using.

But it seems to be all good now on my end
