I love the Fenix A320 and use it all the time but why is it necessary to keep signing in every week or two when you load the aircraft?
When you have paid for a product is it really necessary to ask someone to keep signing in? On some occasions it takes a long while to process the sign in I guess because their servers are overloaded but there has to be a better way of doing this.

Maybe ask Fenix?
Tried to do that but the request support from just won’t send. Filled in all the boxes but nothing happens when I send.
Get on their Discord, it’s what they mainly use.
Don’t think I’ve ever had mine sign out.
just over 12 months later … did you ever find a fix for this … same issue here … driving me nuts!
July 2024 and I just purchase the Fenix 320. Trying to sign in for the first time and am waiting over 5 minutes now and nothing, Seen this post. Bit concerned that after almost 1.5 years later and this is still an issue. I am having second thoughts as to whether I made the right decision to purchase this aircraft
