Fenix A320, TCA Quadrant Throttle Jumping Values in MSFS 2024

Hello everyone.

I´m trying to use the Fenix A320 with my thrustmaster TCA Quadrant, which works just fine in MSFS 2020.

I can also use the driver utility from Thrustmaster to check that both throttle axis move smoothly through all their range (something which can be verified in MSFS 2020, where everything works fine).

If I try to use MSFS 2024, it´s impossible to calibrate the quadrant.

I have already checked that there are no duplicated assignments, and that both axis are assigned to “Throttle Axis 1” and “Throttle Axis 2” (I also asigned them to Throttle Axis 1/2 0-100%).

The problem is, for example, at the Full Reverse detent, the sim reads values jumping from 0 to 40% like if the imput from the quadrant was faulty or noisy (which it isn´t, as shown by both MSFS 2020 and the Thustmaster App). I cannot calibrate the throttle. It´s constantly jumping between detents.

Can you help me?

Thanks so much.

There’s a really good channel on Youtube authored by a real A320 captain. He has a video I used to calibrate mine when I first got it. Check it out, and look through his other videos if you have time. Some great tutorials on flying the Fenix A320, and from an actual A320 Captain.

OK. Well, I can’t include links in my replay, so just head over to YouTube and search for his channel “320 Sim Pilot”. The actual video I’m referencing is called “Fenix A320 Controls Setup and Thrustmaster TCA Calibration!”

His channel is @320SimPilot

Thank you.

I knew his channel (legend!) and that video in particular.

Unfortunately, it only works for FS 2020, in 2024 I still get those jumping values.

Thanks for your help.

Solved.

I hadn´t check “incremental thrust handling” in the Fenix EFB.

Best regards.
