I have the Fenix airbuses installed in MS2020. I have gone to install the new updates on both 2020 and 2024 but the install stops installing after a short time and does not continue. This is usually after installing around 0.5gb.
MS2020 is installed on my D drive, 2024 on E but the community defaults to C drive.
Anybody know how to resolve this? Ive tried suggestions on the Fenix site and also disabled windows security. Dont have any other security software on my MSFS machine.

I’ve contacted Fenix and they were very quick to respond. You can try this but unfortunately it didn’t work for me.
Go to C:\ProgramData\Fenix\App\ and delete the following file: a32x.db
After this, open up the installer and try installing again.
I’m just waiting for a response from them. Great customer service though.
After deleting a32x.db, it started to redownload from start, however, it still stopped after few hundred mb of downloading.
Same here. I’ll post again once Fenix get back to me. I’m glad I’m not the only one with this problem. I was thinking it was down to my setup.
I read on their Discord channel that uninstalling and reinstalling the installer solves the problem. Didn’t run into that issue myself though.
I’ve already tried that and it didn’t work unfortunately.

I found a solution by deleting all fenix folders in the community will install new msfs2024 files. I did not bother install msfs2020 files.

Sadly this is now happening on MSFS2020 too. I upgraded the installer to version 1.0.136 and now it runs then just stops. Have tried all the steps above with some guidance from Fenix support, sent log files etc. Im getting a bit impatient now with being asked to uninstall Fenix different ways and no resolution or acknowledgment the issue is with the new installer. Was working absolutely fine until the installer updated. Now I have only A320 available, A319/A321 have gone
edit: Issue was because I had both MSFS2020 and 2024 installed. Removing MSFS2024 resolved my issue (I cant even play it anyway, stuck at 97% loading all the time) . Now I just have to re-install liveries for my A319/320/321
