So I did a windows re-store recently and now both my Fenix App (which means the A320 won’t load) and the PMDG Ops center will not open. Tried admin, tried re-installing, tried anything I can think of.
Any clue what could be making both these apps not open? For example my FlyByWire App works just fine.
The PMDG Ops Center opens on task manager for .5 seconds and then shuts.
FENIX won’t open at all. The Fenix livery manager does open.
Have tried multiple re-installs of both.

If you don’t get any help here (and if you haven’t already) then I would suggest raising support tickets directly with Fenix and PMDG.
Once you log in to your Fenix account you can select dashboard from the top of the web page and then there is an option to create a support ticket on https://fenixsim.com/support/
For PMDG their support site is https://support.precisionmanuals.com/Main/

Your experience with the fenix app sounds exactly like my situation. The reasoning is because i installed the app in a folder other than the default. It refused to open. When uninstalling then reinstalled in default folder it worked. I notified their support team but they didnt seem to care.

I did not change anything from the default install. That the Ops Center from PMDG is also not opening (plane flys fine) I am thinking there is something missing on my end in Windows. But so far these are the only two programs that won’t open on my PC.
I also have the throttle bug pressing ESC now.
Had MSFS for two years never had one bug. I do a reinstall and had to do a windows reset bugs galore…
I did make a ticket. See if they can help me.
The PMDG ops center needs to be updated.
I ran into the same thing.
The only way I could get the update to work was to go to the Ops Center file location and manually run (double click on) the application “OpsCenterUpdater”.
The OPs Center will then update itself and should work OK after that.
Yes, I tried the update. It said the update was successful. I thought I found something with those two apps having their language as “Neutral” in details and other apps showing it as English United States. But then noticed the Fenix Livery manager has it as neutral as well and that works.
Nothing about the file locations as well. PMDG is in Roaming App Data, Fenix is in C drive programs, FBW is App Data Local.
There must be something that I am missing that both PMDG ops center and Fenix App use as everything is working.

Anyone have this issue? Bumping my own thread because still nothing, even FENIX does not know what is going on. These are the only two apps I have had any issues with. But there must be something connecting these two that I am missing.
