Can anyone tell me why my lights are shinning under the plane instead of out in front.

Not sure - do you have any aircraft lighting mods installed? Here’s what I see for Taxi and Landing lights, respectively:
They should extend forward but seem to be pointing down. Did you exceed the 160 knots maximum extended speed?

Thanks for your help, it was the light mod by Zinertek, I had it downloaded so I uninstalled it and streamed it and now all is well.
