Once I complete a flight, is it possible to do a turn around and file an ATC flight plan in game? Or do I need to exit to the main menu and reload?
No need to exit. Just insert the new flightplan and go ahead. I did it very often.
Does this work with the Aerosoft CRJ? It doesnt seem to be registering a new FMS flight plan

It worked in the TBM and the FBW Airbus for me.
