Does anyone know how to deal with the “FIRE BOTTLE LO” message in the Sky courier, picture is below.

These are the Fire Extinguishers :
Near the red button, you have a barely seeable grey button “Bottle Armed L” and “Bottle Armed R”. Pressing this one in advertantly will trigger the fire extinguishers and the yellow message on your PFD.
The thing is : you can trigger this by mistake when you scrool with your mouse for a zoom. It often happens

Thank you so much! I was looking everywhere to try and find what I’d done. I’ve voted in your bug thread, for this mouse behaviour in general.
