Hi all, I now have a Quest 3 as an experiment to see if I can get it to give me a good experience in FS2020, I have tried VR before, a couple of years back on a Reverb G2 but the tiny sweet-spot made it a no-go for me, I didn’t know anything about oversampling etc back then. Anyway, I had it conne…

Yeah man I feel your pain. It goes like that. It’s the most bizarre, inconsistent, fragile, temperamental, frustrating and sometimes wonderful software (the Sim) I have ever had to deal with in my 35+ years of gaming. That is without VR. Throw VR at it and it’s a whole new world of pain. If you are…

Yeah its infuriating at times. I’ll check the setup tomorrow, again, if it still blurs I’ll reduce the settings a little at a time. Yes the cache has been off for a very long time now. I usually use OXRTK monitor overlay, seems ok and if its not locking it did show before. Maybe starting off in L…

Yeah London is very bad. I always struggle there. Whole of south UK and north France is pretty bad for me. Try somewhere else! Papua New Guinea

[image] Baracus250: I think there is some validity to using Performance in DLSS (which is 0.5 scale factor on resolution) then scaling up exactly 2x the native eye resolution (I don’t know what that is, or what to use to scale it) but I think you would then get the benefit of PERFORMANCE but the…

I did try that but could see the black frame at around 90-92% but i’ll try it again. Is there a recommended setting for the resolution override setting (on a 3080ti) when at 85% FOV ?

I see the a very smal frame on the bottom in @ 89%, but only when I lift my head. It’s a very small area. I don’t notice it during flights, unless I look @ it  I use VD and Godlike mode on my 7800x3D OC and 7800XT OC. I can’t help for a settings recommendation on an 3080ti. Sorry.
