šŸ›« First Time Piloting in Real Life

My first piloting of an aircraft is in the log books! It was tons of funā€”very short flight, but tons of fun. I got to taxi, take-off, climb, cruise, fly into the arrival pattern, fly the approach and descentā€¦but the instructor landed it, as there was an American Airlines 737-800 landing next to us on a parallel runway.

Needless to say, but MSFS has me helped tremendously!

Iā€™m looking forward to my journey to get my Private Pilot Licenseā€¦which starts Wednesday (in the classroom) and then another flight on Saturday.

Would you like to see where I flew, along with all the details along the way (speed, altitude, etc.)? Check out the links belowā€¦

Go boy! Congratulations to you sir. That is so awesome. Trying to figure out how to make that happen in my own life. I just need to finish ground school and for that I need a little time. But that is so awesome man. Happy landings.

Yes congrats!! Live super close to KSNA about 5 min away. I was going to train there but found a much better deal flying out of Long Beach and gotten my PPL with Instrument from there. Needless to say, it is going to be a fun and exciting journey for you, keep working hard at it and never give up! Glad to see other members from the KSNA area!
