[FIXED] CTD while flying off from RKSI to RKPC five times in a row

Good day guys,

Need to know if any of you encounter a CTD while flying around South Korea in a commercial airliners (not sure about propeller or turboprop)? I encountered five times yesterday. I thought it was my game files. So I start validating back my game files on Steam, it had to download again all 108GiB. I have 3rd party add-on for liveries from

I fly again today and it CTD again.

Then I set a new departure and arrival. This time WMKK to WSSS. No crash. WSSS to WITT, no crash. WITT to WADD no crash. I’m typing this while cruising at FL40 above Timor Sea to Perth. So far so good.

we can not compare your CTD because you use mods.

What you can do is:

  • try to find out whether the CTD happens allways at same position on map.
  • if so , remove your mods and try it again
  • if CTD at these posistion also without mods:
  1. Raise a ZenDesk-Ticket
  2. show us the position so we know about , and/or can confirm

Hi,

I have disable the liveries MegaPack version12. Now the only 3rd party software I am running with the sims just FSUIPC7. Since this is a stand alone .exe file not a dll so it shouldn’t be an issue.

Will update if any and definitely will submit ticket to Zendesk if it still CTD.

Pls try a flight without FSUIPC7. Since I don´t use FSUIPC I had no CTD (6 flights 1 to 4 hours)

No more CTD for the past 2 days. What I did was I turn off “Live Real-World Air Traffic” and “Aircraft Traffic Type”. Multiplayer I still leave on.

Smooth flight. Even get a stable 56-62 FPS graphics set to “HIGH-END” with this feature turn off.

My PC Specs:
Asus ROG RTX 2080 Super (driver 461.40)
ASUS ROG STRIX Z490-G GAMING (WI-FI) (BIOS Version 2005)
Intel® Core™ i9-10900KF Processor 20M Cache, up to 5.30 GHz (stock)
Corsair VENGEANCE® RGB PRO 64GB (4 x 16GB) DDR4 DRAM 4266MHz (stock)
Corsair iCUE H100i ELITE CAPELLIX Liquid CPU Cooler
Samsung 970 PRO NVMe M.2 SSD 500GB (Windows 10 64 Bit)
Samsung 970 PRO NVMe M.2 SSD 1000TB (MSFS 2020 install here)

One more I found out for a stable FPS. Just turn off “BING DATA WORLD GRAPHICS” in the Data section. Massively boost your FPS performance!

you just summarize all existing hints from the other threads :joy:

Just incase someone lazy enough to do some searching

Feel so good now with no CTD.

oh.. there are many :joy:

Enjoy the flight…

PS.: choose a post as “solution”.. then users can see it easy
