Flashlight in VR is too bright

Description of the issue:
I’ve been having trouble with the flashlight in VR at nighttime. It often blows out the screen to the point I can’t see anything. It’s all white clipped. When I drop to 2D it looks like a normal flashlight.

The overall exposure in VR is just way too high. A temporary fix can be to use Openxr Toolkit to tweak the exposure, brightness, and contrast.
