Go into the config file and put a 0 next to sharpening (near the bottom).
Doesnt completely fix it but definitely helps!
but it still goes back to 1 after MSFS start… how to prevent overwrite itself?
Change the file to read only 
Note that this won’t save any settings that you have changed once you close the game and restart it, you would need to change back from read only to save anything further
