can i enter free flight mode and enter aircraft, then complete check list with one key stroke ?

I’m guessing if your talking about the MS/Asobo base functionality, the answer is no. 
edit: I map have mis-read the question as doing all the actions “with one keystroke” instead of just the checklist.
Enter Free Flight - One mouse click (can’t identify a key to do this)
World map screen - Select departure at the very least (enter a search or left click an airport)
Ready to Fly screen - Click the button (can’t identify a key to do this)
Avatar mode outside of aircraft - Press Shift+c to enter aircraft or click the door handle
Then there’s the Checklist!
You must click each item to complete the checklist (can’t identify a key to do this).
I’m not sure why this would be useful anyhow, considering the reason why checklists exist in the first place!
