Flight Design CTSL is supposed to be CTLS. I can’t find anyone else reporting this obvious error. It kind of blows my mind that Microsoft/Asobo missed this.
Is that topic explains correctly why it has not been updated ?:
yeah that explains it, but man I’ve rarely ever seen such an obscure reference. Why they didn’t go with the immensely more popular CTLS (Light Sport) is beyond me.
Besides that, Flight Design almost never refers to the Supralight as the CTSL. It’s “CT Supralight” in nearly every reference I can find. Maybe Microsoft should consider adding “Supralight” in quotes next to the name of the aircraft to prevent more of these bug reports.
I am a flight design dealer and pilot. there is a CTSL otherwise referred to as superlite as others have commented. It is essentially a CTSW fuselage with CTLS wings but also has a smaller instrument panel with just one screen instead of the usual two and is designed to be, well, super light. The CTSW does not have a window behind the door and the CTLS has winglets that go up and down (vs SW droopy wingtips)
More important would be to correct the wrong speed display (the needle shows kn not kmh)and the yellow circle from the propeller is very unrealistic.
A real Flight Design salesperson wouldn’t misspell Supralight
A drunk one would..
