Hello fellow Flight Simmers,
A little background on me before the issue. I started Flight Sim back in 2001 and had a Saitek X36 HOTAS. Started my my own VA back in 2002 (which is still in existence after being handed down to others over the course of the years) . Been out of the loop ever since. I do currently have MSFS X as well via Steam, but not liking it.
Have an issue. I currently have MSFS 40th Anniv Edition on Steam for PC. I purchased the Thrustmaster HOTAS 1 combo and I am having an issue with the Throttle not working properly. Not sure if it is defective or a setting I am overlooking (which may be the case). Anyways when entering for takeoff, when I push throttle forward it starts to power up, then dies down. Have to pull it back midway to regain power up and then all the way back to continue to power up. this has to be constantly done in order for takeoff if/when I hit takeoff speed. Yes Parking brake is disabled too. Throttle is the only issue I have with this HOTAS. I have been reading topics here, googling the issue and searching on Youtube as well and have not come up with a solution as of yet
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
