ISSUE DESCRIPTION
Description of the issue:
Gold Mission for Guimbal Cabri G2 following Rotorcraft CPL. Designated as a VFR flight. Start mission, load passenger, start aircraft, request taxi clearance. ATC denies clearance stating that conditions are IFR.
Tried changing flight parameters using EFB. Can recieve clearance, but mission does not move stages.
Cannot complete mission.

- Request taxi clearance.
