flight log doesn’t reflect the actual flight undertaken

Detailed steps to reproduce the issue encountered:
if you enter free flight, world map. Then select any airport as departure.
Now select another airport as departure.
Now select the first airport you selected as departure, but as the arrival airport.
Upon completion of the flight it will only log a 2-3 minute flight to and from the airport you landed at.
