Could you upload in your 1st post the .pln file you are having an issue with and mention which waypoints are missing ?

I’m having the exacty same problem with PC (MS store). PLN file attached. When sending the plan to avionics, the plan is cut after OLIL5C/OLILA or after RUVAT (some randomness here?) and rest of the plan is missing, including destination.
Try creating the plan directly in the EFB as opposed to the Flight Planner website. The EFB draws directly from the sim AIRAC whereas there are some slight differences in the NavData on the web iirc.
Here’s minimal flight plan to reproduce the problem. The first one has waypoints TIMIB, LEGSA, GEVNI which is cut after TIMIB when sent to avionics. The second does not have LEGSA and the plan is imported correctly.
If you take a look at those files, the difference is the airway. Comparing to my previous message, also there the problem seems to be the airway-definition. At least that is cut in first ATCAirway-element, too.
And one more comment… I tried doing the same stuff directly with EFB and not using the web planner. With EFB everything seems to work, also when selecting “victor airways” + “find route” which includes TIMIB, LEGSA, GEVNI in the same way as in the problematic case.
However, if I look at the PLN file, there is no ATCAirway-elements, only waypoints after waypoints. So obviously the EFB handles this case differently.
If this can help the developers , consider that this happens when the plan is loaded from the EFB “load from web” function in which I previously created and saved the plan on a PC.
if instead you create the plan using the EFB in game and you send it to ATC and Avionics , the whole plan is correctly loaded into the avionics.
