ISSUE DESCRIPTION

Description of the issue: Flight Plan setup, filed and pushed to avionics via EFB on World Map not being sent to aircraft.

If applicable, which aircraft is experiencing this issue: C208

[PC Only] Did you remove all your community mods/add-ons? If yes, are you still experiencing the issue? Unable to disable Marketplace add-ons

FREQUENCY OF ISSUE

How often does this occur for you (Example: Just once, every time on sim load, intermittently)? This is the first time I’ve noted this, however I’ve only tried IFR three times since the sim was launched and I was looking more carefully this time tracking another bug.

REPRODUCTION STEPS

Please list clear steps you took in order to help our test team reproduce the same issue:

1. Free Flight > C208 Passenger > World Map > Open EFB
2. Set IFR
3. Origin KPRB Destination KTVL
4. Departure Braly1
5. Arrival pre-filed in by sim RNAV 18
6. Clicked Find Route and EFB added TURLO as the only waypoint (screenshot)
7. Click File Plan w/ ATC & Send Route to Avionics
8. I can see this has occurred in the background on the World Map entry boxes (screenshot)
9. Click Fly, enter aircraft, power avionics, select FP on G1000 and EFB
10. Note: EFB & G1000 missing filed FP details (screenshot)

• exactly same issue. In 2020 I create the plan on globe page and it loads into the aircraft. In 2024, I create the plan, submit it and when the aircraft loads, the plan is not inputted.

• will only load departure airport and first waypoint on all avionic types. Have tried filing and sending in the free flight menu map & the same within the aircraft from cold & dark and from starting powered up on the runway.

• Seeing this on Career 172, and notice it as the avionics flight plan is different than the EFB flight plan, and pressing the “Send to Avionics” goes grey for a bit, but nothing actually changes in avionics.

• Using either the MSFS flight planner tool, or uploading a .pln file, flightplan from the EFB does not transfer to aircraft avionics. Tested with both the 172 (G1000) and 208.

Unforunately, we were unable to reproduce this issue with the flight plan outlined. Can you confirm if it works in the latest update for you?

I can confirm that it, at least, does not work when trying to use the EFB at the World Map to the Honeywell Primus Epic 2 in the Seastar.

I can say that it does work when using the EFB in the cockpit of the Seastar.

So it half works with that aircraft. I have not tried any others.

Edit:

I also see in my original report that I neglected to add a step where you select a parking spot after filing the flight plan with ATC and sending it to the avionics. This step of selecting a parking spot should be done between step 8 and 9. I have revised the steps at the end of this post.

I retested with the C208 and I only see part of the flight plan loaded. It looks like just the origin and destination are loaded with no waypoint, no departure, no arrival, as specified in the EFB. The plan is also partially missing in the EFB:

However, if I try to replicate the bug as I originally wrote it up (with the missing step of changing to a parking spot rather than starting on the runway) it is not a problem in the C208.

These are the revised steps to replicate:

1. Free Flight > C208 Passenger > World Map > Open EFB
2. Set IFR
3. Origin KPRB Destination KTVL
4. Departure Braly1
5. Arrival pre-filed in by sim RNAV 18
6. Clicked Find Route and EFB added TURLO as the only waypoint (screenshot)

9. Using the pop-up menu change from the runway to a parking spot
10. Click Fly, enter aircraft, power avionics, select FP on G1000 and EFB

EDIT2:

I tried it again with the C208 and a different flight plan. It does the same thing – switches to VFR, retains the origin/destination, clears the way points, changes the departure and arrival to VFR Ptrn.

This is easily reproduced following the aforementioned revised steps.

• I have the same problem. The new planner does not interface with the default aircraft. I have tested this with the A320, A321, and A330, and none of these aircraft are able to integrate with the flight planner as expected. Specifically, the “send route to avionics” function does not work, which is the key issue.

This problem significantly impacts the user experience and undermines the functionality of the new flight planner. I hope this can be addressed promptly.

ISSUE DESCRIPTION

No flight plan send to the CESSNA CORVALIS in Private VIP flight mission with personnal company in carreer mode.
The EFB tab is not present in the cockpit and when i try to send flightplan by the EFB, it don’t work

Same problem here, plane doesn’t follow the flight plan and fying straight away by take off. Please fix this!
