For the first time I downloaded the current airac cycle. When I create a in game flight plan, the way points don’t match up with what atc is saying. So I need to use simbrief to make that work?
ATC doesn’t work with any AIRAC, don’t worry about it
You shouldn’t need simbrief if the cuurent cycle was installed.
How did you obtain the current cycle?
Download airac without charts .etc, from navigraph.

Was it the departure or the arrival that was incorrect?
The waypoints between departure & arrival.
