I’m not sure if I’m alone in this, but Where the heck did the “Lessons” go? In MSFS 10 there is the Flight School in the LESSONS area that teaches you MANY things. Why wasn’t it updated and added into THIS sim aswell. A Different flight instructor and updated ground school knowledge is honestly the BIGGEST thing I was looking forward to in upgrading, and to be able to do it with GREAT graphix… Now I have to keep MSFS10x, and try to get gfx addons…

or on YouTube, tons of real life and virtual sim instructors there you can learn from too!

It will probably come…again people dont realize this was rushed and has a ton of bugs/problems. They will need to fix all those before even thinking about lessons as a priority. Though I won’t be using them, I agree this would be great if they had highly detailed lessons. Like IFR and teaching you how to read SIDs and STARs, approach plates etc.

I’ve personally found Squirrel’s tutorials to be the best in terms of basic flight lessons. He has a very calm/chill demeanor, so it makes it easy to relax and learn with him!

Excellent instructor! He uses Xplane 11 but I was able to follow on MSFS (i guess that’s the nature of sims) to learn the very, very basics! I didnt know a thing at first, used a ton of NavAids, but now none! Thank you Skip!

and Yes vipersnake94, I’m aware it’s completely new, though wasn’t aware it was rushed. It saddens me to hear that, Nowadays games are being rushed due to (most likely) the almighty dollar… I fully agree, I loved learning VFR and IFR and commercial procedures etc… That is why I truly hope this will come back.
P.S. Rod Machado was an AWESOME instructor, I only state it needs a new one because we all need a change, though GOTTA love his sense of humor, even if predictable lol
