ISSUE DESCRIPTION
Description of the issue:
When attempting Flight Training > Bush Pilot > Short-Field Takeoff, the climb-out goal of maintaining 68 Knots at a 15 degree climb angle is not possible with the aircraft in takeoff configuration. Upon take off you are instructed to climb at 15 degrees. You are instructed to maintain 68 knots. However, with the gear down and the flaps set you bleed off speed quickly and slow well below 68 knots into the 50+ knots range. Upon retracting the gear, you’re still instructed to maintain 68 knots, but it isn’t until you get the flaps fully up that you are able to reduce drag enough to maintain the required climb angle and airspeed. The result is a poor score on the climb part of the lesson.

Please list clear steps you took in order to help our test team reproduce the same issue:
- Load Activities > Flight Training > Bush Pilot > Short-Field Takeoff
- Follow instructions for climb-out
- Note performance of the aircraft cannot meet the instructed goals
- Upon completion of lesson, note poor climb score
- Attempt again trying a shallower climb angle to maintain 68 knots to achieve the goal, and again achieving a low score on the climb
