I always select the runway on this screen first and then STAR. Maybe that will unlock that for you…

I just tried that and it does not yield an more stars. I even tried picking different runways, but same happens just single stars and unselectable. Seems bugged. I’ve flown into LIRF previously with no issues. Not on this arrival right enough.
Is it Super 27 -100 or -200? I’ll try it now…

It all felt like it needed a reset so I tried deleting my entire flightplan in the FMC mid flight! Selected LIRF as a destination and then the stars all made an appearance and I was able to select the correct one LAT3A and correct approach ILS 16L no problem. So there appears to be something bugged about flightplan import (for this flightplan at least) from simbrief that closes off options for stars.
This is on the 727-200 Super passenger variant, but might be happening with other variants (which I don’t have) too.

Weird, I have that STAR available on the ground, after the flightplan import. Do you use MK Studios’ LIRF?
Yes. But that shouldn’t matter?
I even reimported flightplan mid flight and again the star choices are gone. Only way to get them to appear is to reset flightplan and pick LIRF then runway and star. Too weird.
From my understanding yes, it does. There were a couple of new addon sceneries where a fix had to be released because it was missing SID/STAR data. Only having Navigraph data subscription does not guarantee that. But I might be wrong - to be honest, I don’t fully understand this part how the sim and the addons deal with the navdata.

Maybe that’s the key - choose the runway first on the approach page even though the STAR line is pre-selected when you switch to that screen.
I think i figured it out. I select an approach (ILS runway 16L), and then go to the arrival but the runway field is blank, if i then click on the runway field and reselect 16L the stars appear. It doesn’t always show 16L though sometimes it just lists 07/25 instead. It’s either really confusing or bugged.

I have the 727 and expansion pack, but only one aircraft works. The other two will not initialize. Anyone else experiencing this?
I have all of them and they all work. However, in the past I had to contact their support on Discord because the pax version of B722 wouldn’t initialize. They’ve sent me an activation key file to be manually copied into my WASM folder.

Do you mean just a continual loading on the flight load screen (wasm compiling) or does it not initialize in some other way?

Continual loading. Lots of beeping and squealing.
Weird. I’d try deleting the wasm files if they exist and try again. Alternatively a new install via contrail app. I’ve not had any issues with install/activation.

I got mine from Aerosoft One. I sent a note to their support.
Probably a good idea, but try deleting all the

directories so they all get a fresh compile.

BTW. you can activate it on Contrail as well using your serial number and install it from that store. I did that because I find Contrail app better.

I do not see any WASM files. I assume you meant the MSFS2024 directory. There is no MSFS2020 directory. I get a constant alarm with the 200F variant. I get just sound for the REP variant, no cockpit, no external view. Only the RE loads. I do not see any passenger variant.
There should be a MSFS2020 folder with WASM files as this is not a native MSFS2024 aircraft. But you must go for that via Windows Explorer or any file manager. I recommend completely uninstalling it from Aerosoft shop, manually delete all WASM folders (@BragRaindrop933 provided paths where to find them) and then activate your order on Contrail and try to install it from there.
